No carpet cleaner can guarantee the total removal of every stain found on a carpet.
Fresh, relatively new stains are far easier to remove than old ones. Stains like urine, certain cordials and deep coloured juces can actually dye the carpet and prove impossible to remove.
We carry removers for many problem stains. With difficult dye stains, results can vary and some of the stronger removers are not suitable for use on all carpets.

- Solvent - Use Drycleaning fluid
- Detergent - mix 1/2 teaspoon clear hand dishwashing detergent to 1 cup warm (not hot) water
- Ammonia solution to neutralise acid stains ( a tablespoon of ammonia to a cup of water)
- Vinegar (or citric acid) solution to neutralise alkaline stains (1/3 white vinegar - 2/3 water)
